I’m Sarah,
I'm better known these days as Ireland's Confidence and Executive Coach.
For over a decade, I’ve coached ambitious, high-performing women to quiet the inner critic, break the cycle of overthinking, and finally feel as confident as they look.
But here’s why my clients really choose to work with me:
I’m not your typical executive coach. No jargon. No corporate waffle. No “circle back on that offline”. Just straight-talking, evidence-based coaching wrapped in humour, warmth, and the occasional story about tripping over my own ambition… and sometimes my own feet.
When your confidence is barely hanging on, you don’t need another lecture. You need someone who gets it, tells the truth kindly, makes you laugh when you want to cry, and gives you tools that actually work.
And that’s what I do.
I’m an Irish-based executive career and confidence coach, TEDx speaker, self-published author, and professionally obsessed with helping women stop second-guessing themselves at work.
My Story
If you looked at my life on paper, it might look like I moved fast. I’ve been coaching for nearly 15 years, but getting here involved one very big, very deliberate pivot. I wouldn’t change a thing.
I finished my Master’s in human rights in Thailand, travelled and worked in international development, met the love of my life, and had a couple of kids. And woven through all of it was this steady, undeniable pull toward coaching. Not a career move. A calling. The kind you don’t choose so much as keep answering.
At a certain point, though, something started to feel off. Misaligned. Like I was doing good work, but not as myself. So in 2023, I rebranded and began again properly, on my own terms, with clarity, honesty, and far less pretending.
From the inside, it didn’t feel fast or neat. It felt terrifying. Uncertain at times. Full of change, questioning, and quiet realignment.
What I’ve learned through all of it is this: growth rarely looks confident while you’re in it. Most of the women I work with think confidence should arrive before they make a move. In my experience, it shows up because you made one.
My work now is the result of everything that came before it. The human rights work. The personal shifts. The moments of doubt. The moments of courage. And the decision, again and again, to listen to myself instead of the internal and external noise.
This isn’t a straight-line story. It’s a real one. And if you’re here, chances are you recognise a little of yourself in that too.
I’m someone who feels things deeply and still shows up anyway.
I believe you can be both ambitious and soft, strong and unsure, capable and still figuring it out.
I’m at my best on big stages (I know!), honest conversations, big laughs, and moments where someone realises they’re not the only one.
I care a lot, think a lot, and have learned (the hard way) that being kind to yourself is a skill, not a personality trait.
I’m a wife, mom, friend and sister doing her best, who decided to stop pretending she was something she wasn't.
