FOR WOMEN WHO ARE ABSOLUTELY FINE.
(Allegedly.)

You're good at your job. You show up. You deliver. You probably hold a lot together for a lot of people.

And yet. There's this noise. A constant background hum of second-guessing, replaying, overthinking, and quietly wondering if everyone else finds this as exhausting as you do.

They do, by the way. They're just not saying it either. The Reset is the place where you finally get to say it.

Early access opens 28th August — just 10 early bird spaces, application only. Miss that window and general applications open 31st August. Get on the list now so you're first in line, not refreshing your inbox on the day.

YOU'RE CAPABLE. YOU'RE EXPERIENCED. YOU'VE EARNED YOUR PLACE IN EVERY ROOM YOU'VE EVER WALKED INTO (EVEN IF IT DOESN'T FEEL LIKE IT).

And yet somehow your brain didn't get that memo.

Here's what I know about you, and I haven't even met you yet. You work hard. You care — probably more than is strictly good for you. You spend a remarkable amount of energy managing how you come across, what people think, and whether you're doing enough.

And then you go home and replay the whole damn day anyway.

You're still running the same loop. Second-guessing. Overanalysing. Quietly catastrophising while you smile and nod in the meeting and add three more things to your to-do list.

You're not falling apart. You're functioning,  probably better than most. But functioning isn't the same as feeling good. And somewhere underneath all of that capable, competent, holding-it-all-together energy, you know that.

You don't need fixing. You need a pause. A proper one. The kind where you actually get to put it all down for a minute, look at what's going on, and figure out a way forward that doesn't require you to keep running on empty.

So here's the question: what would it feel like to actually stop pretending you're fine -  just for 28 days - and do something about it?

You deserve more than fine. And that's exactly where we start in The Reset.

THIS ISN'T JUST A COURSE. IT'S NOT ANOTHER THING TO FALL BEHIND ON.

It's a community.

It's four weeks of live events, honest conversations, and the occasional moment where you think, oh thank god, it's not just me.

No modules to grind through. No homework guilt. No performing wellness while quietly losing your mind.

Just a warm, structured, slightly sweary place to pause the noise, figure out what's actually going on in your head and what to do about it.

THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE

YOU CAN STOP PERFORMING NOW ...

Someone's already told you to listen to that podcast ...  the one everyone's sharing, the one that's supposed to fix how you think about work. Someone else recommended the book, so you bought it, and it's sitting on the shelf three chapters in, bookmark untouched since March. Your manager probably nudged you toward a CPD course that promised to "unlock your leadership potential," and you sat through it and took the notes and filed them somewhere you'll never open again. And at some point, someone - a mentor, a friend, that voice in your own head dressed up as good advice - has floated the idea of a master's. Just to prove, once and for all, that you're capable. That you deserve the seat you're already sitting in.

Here's the thing: none of that was ever the problem. You already know how to search for the answer. You already know how to figure it out, learn it, get certified in it. That's not what's missing.

What's actually missing is somewhere you don't have to perform.

No polishing yourself up before you show up. No pretending you've got it all sorted when you don't. Just a place that meets you exactly where you're at — swirly hair, half-finished thoughts, and all.

There are no serious formal training modules here (unless you genuinely want them — and if you do, they're there). This isn't another course telling you to sit through slides. It's relaxed. It's real. It's the kind of space where you can exhale.

What you will get is a run of events actually designed to move the needle — on confidence, on second-guessing yourself at work, on that quiet feeling of never quite trusting your own decisions. Not theory. Not "just believe in yourself." Practical stuff that helps you feel steady in the moments that usually throw you.

Because you're not behind. You're not the only one who feels like this. And you don't need to fix your whole personality to feel like yourself at work again - you just need somewhere that doesn't ask you to perform to belong.

AND I AM PROBABLY THE MOST CONFIDENT AND INSECURE EXECUTIVE AND CONFIDENCE COACH THERE IS ...

I've spent over ten years coaching ambitious professional women, and I can tell you with absolute certainty: the ones who look like they have it most together are usually the ones carrying the most noise.

I don't do corporate buzzwords. I don't do toxic positivity. I won't tell you to "just back yourself" and send you on your way.

What I will do is make you laugh when you want to cry, tell you the truth when everyone else is being diplomatic, and show you — practically, honestly — how to get out of your own way.

I built The Reset because the women I work with didn't need another course. They needed a place to land.

WHAT SHIFTS IN 28 DAYS ...

Call The Reset the anti-CPD course. This isn't a class where someone stands at the front performing like they've got it all figured out, preaching about some academic study you'll never think about again. It's not the podcast your friend swears changed her life, or the book your colleague won't stop recommending, or the course you got mandated to do and now have to grind through like homework. There's no homework here. It's conversation over content. It's listening to other women name the exact thing you've been carrying and thinking, oh thank god, me too. And it's coached by someone who was having her own self-doubt spiral about thirty-six hours before you walked in.

Confidence (or Executive Presence or Assertiveness, or Whatever They're Calling It This Year)

Every course promises it. We build it through practice, out loud, in a room — not a worksheet you'll never open.

The Inner Critic

You'll learn to catch it before it runs the meeting in your head all day ... by giving her a name (out loud) with women who hear the exact same voice in theirs.

The Self-Doubt Spiral

Catch it in real time instead of three hours later in the shower because someone's actually there with you when it happens.

WHATS INCLUDED

No modules. No homework. No falling behind.
Just this.

(Spoiler: none of it involves a workbook you'll never open)

 🥂 The Welcome Reception
In person. Evening. Location TBC. A relaxed evening to kick off the four weeks — wine, nibbles, real conversation, and the immediate relief of being in a room full of women who get it. No awkward icebreakers. No forced networking. Just: pull up a chair, get a drink, and exhale.

📚 The Reset Book Club

New this round: a book club, two sessions over the 28 days. Each round we'll pick a professional development or career book, and meet twice to talk through what's landing and how to actually use it at work — no pressure to finish the whole thing, just show up with what you've got.

👜 Lunch & Learns — every Tuesday and Wednesday

Live group coaching sessions that run twice a week so they can actually fit into your schedule. Short, focused, and straight to the point. We cover the things that are genuinely getting in your way — overthinking, the inner critic, decision-making, confidence, workplace dynamics. You can be back at your desk in 30 minutes, having actually shifted something.

😤 Bitch & Moan — every Thursday

A structured online session where you get to say the thing you've been too afraid to say out loud. The frustration. The resentment. The "I cannot believe that actually happened" moment you've been quietly carrying for two weeks.

You say it. We hear it. We put it on the Fuck It List — and we move on.

No judgement. No fixing. No unsolicited advice. Just a safe space to name it and leave it there. A few ground rules: no names, no identifying details, and we keep it classy. We can bitch and moan without coming across as bitches.

🥂 Prosecco & Planning — every Sunday evening
Twenty minutes. Eight o'clock. Pyjamas fully accepted.

A short, calm weekly session to open the week with intention. Not productivity theatre — just one honest question: what actually matters this week, and how do I want to show up for it?

I'll probably be in my pyjamas too. I'm not above this.

☕️ Coffee & Conversations — Week 3, Saturday morning
Ninety minutes. In person.

A guest speaker joins us for forty minutes — someone with something genuinely useful to say — followed by open Q&A, honest conversation, good coffee, and a pastry.

Because sometimes the most useful thing isn't a coaching framework. It's sitting in a room with interesting women and talking properly.

🎯 Hot Seat Coaching — once during the programme
One group session where real situations get real attention.

If something's been sitting on you — a difficult conversation you can't seem to have, a decision you keep avoiding, a dynamic at work you can't figure out — this is where we work through it together, live, in real time.

Watching someone else get coached is often as useful as being coached yourself. You'll leave thinking about your own situation differently.

💬  The Reset Room
A private online community that runs alongside everything else across the full 28 days.

A space to ask questions, share what's shifting, and talk honestly about what's actually happening at work — without having to make it sound impressive or wrap it up in a lesson first.

Warm. Active. Not overwhelming.

🎧 Supporting Resources
A small collection of short audios and resources available throughout the programme — covering the inner critic, the overthinking loop, and self-trust at work.

There when you want them. Never something you're supposed to be keeping up with.

YOUR INVESTMENT

The next cohort begins on the 14th of September  and runs for 28 days. The Reset is application-only and kept deliberately small - this isn't a webinar with hundreds of people and a chat box nobody reads. Once the group's full, that's it until the next cohort.
